Ingredients
2 pieces of leftover French toast
1-2 tablespoons mayo
1 teaspoon mustard
6 pickled jalapenos
4 slices of deli ham
1 sandwich size slice of sharp cheddar cheese
¼ avocado, sliced
Directions
Heat skillet to medium low heat (4 out of 10) while preparing sandwich.
Fix sandwich as you would a traditional sandwich.
Place sandwich on skillet and place a heat resistant bowl or lid over sandwich to trap in the heat and help melt the cheese. Heat for 3-4 minutes on one side. Carefully remove bowl, flip, and heat the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes with bowl covering the sandwich.
Continue to flip sandwich and heat for 1-2 minutes more until both pieces of bread are crisp and heated through and cheese is melted on the inside.
Serve warm.
